You are NOT allowed to copy, reproduce or reprint ANY of the Artwork(s) on this website, purchased from a store, purchased in-person or by a commission without strict written permission of the Artist Liisa Clark.
This means no Copying, reprinting, and reproduction of the Artworks without the strict written permission of the Artist Liisa Clark.
Liisa Clark retains the right to use her work, images (including but not specific to commissioned work) for reproductive and promotional purposes as she chooses.
When working with a client creating Commission work, all copyright for images created and provided for you (the client) remains the intellectual property of Liisa Clark and are covered as such in law and jurisdiction.
If/when you supply a photo, image or other media as a subject for a commissioned work, it is assumed that the client (you) have the ownership or have obtained permissions and rights for the artist (Liisa Clark) to produce derivative work. Liisa Clark will not accept responsibility or claim in cases of copyright issue or resulting loses and damages levied against you by any third party in such a case.
Liisa Clark maintains the right to use these images for reproductive and promotional purposes as she chooses unless specified in writing and agreed with the client prior to creation.
Should you choose to go ahead with a purchase of art and/or a Commission, this will be seen as agreeing with the terms stated above.
