Refunds & Returns Policy

We like all of our customers to be happy with their purchases.

If you find your purchase was not to your satisfaction, please contact us within 10 days of the original shipping date.

We will only accept back the undamaged items sent in their original condition. These have to be returned via the same shipping route at your own cost.

The return has to be received by Liisa Clark within 10 days of the original shipping date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A refund (minus all shipping costs) will be processed once the item has been received. We do not accept exchanges.

Damaged Goods
Liisa Clark is not responsible for any damages that occurred during transit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All purchases are gift wrapped and/or packaged well. If the item arrives damaged via shipping please contact us immediately sending photos of the damage that occurred, including photos of all packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
