Shipping, Collection & Delivery

Collection of a Commission work
Collection of Artwork is welcome with a prior appointment.

Commission & Framed Artwork Shipping
Liisa Clark prefers to use a specific Courier for her Larger Framed works and Commissions. They are experienced in shipping her Artwork, this can sometimes result in slightly higher shipping costs, but unless due to exceptional circumstances the items will arrive undamaged.

Courier Fees

Courier Shipping fees are based on delivery locations within the UK. The shipping fees are also subject to the clients’ own requirements. The client is responsible for paying these additional fees.
The shipping method is stated in the Shipping Category for each item.

Standard Item Shipping

Unless stated as delivery Via Courier each item is posted posted Via 2nd Class Tracked by Royal Mail.
Should the client prefer their purchase to be sent via a different method, it will be at their own risk. No liability for any damage will be taken by Liisa Clark.

International shipping fees are subject to quotes depending on the purchase.

All shipping fees include packaging materials.
Where possible in an effort to help the Environment some of my Packaging materials will be reused items. If at all possible, I ask that you also please re-use them.

Delivery Times
Liisa Clark has 2 shipping runs a week. Tuesdays and Fridays. You should receive your artwork no later than 7 working days. It will more than likely be sooner than this. International shipping is dependant on the individual Courier or shipping method.
If you haven’t received your Artwork within 14 working days please contact Liisa Clark and Notify her.

You are asked to wait for a period of 28 days before a claim can be made with Royal Mail.

Proof of postage is kept for all orders. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any postal delays or lost items or any additional courier/postage/overseas tax charges upon delivery.

Customs and Import Tax
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Liisa Clark is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Damaged Goods
All purchases are gift wrapped and packaged well. If the item arrives damaged via shipping, please contact us immediately.
