Collection of a Commission work
Collection of Artwork is welcome with a prior appointment.

Commission & Framed Artwork Shipping
Liisa Clark prefers to use a specialist courier for larger framed works and commissioned pieces. These couriers are experienced in transporting artwork safely. While this may result in slightly higher shipping costs, it significantly reduces the risk of damage in transit.

Courier Fees
Courier Shipping fees are based on delivery locations within the UK. The shipping fees are also subject to the clients’ own requirements. The client is responsible for paying these additional fees.
The shipping method is stated in the Shipping Category for each item.

Courier Delivery (Important Information)
For larger or more valuable artworks, a courier service is used instead of standard delivery services such as Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, UPS or Amazon.
This is because couriers handle artwork differently to normal parcels.

A courier delivery means:
• The parcel must be handed directly to a person
• It cannot be left outside, in a garden, porch, or hallway
• Someone must be there to receive it

Think of it like a special delivery that needs a safe handover.
For this reason, it is important that someone is available at the delivery address.
By purchasing, you confirm that someone will be available to receive courier deliveries.

If no one is available and the delivery cannot be completed:
• The parcel may be returned to me
• The courier will charge return fees
• There will also be a cost to resend the artwork

The client is responsible for any fees incurred due to failed delivery attempts, including the cost of returning the artwork and any additional charges required to resend it.
Courier shipping fees are based on delivery location within the UK and may vary depending on the specific requirements of the delivery. The applicable shipping method is stated within each product’s shipping category.

Standard Item Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked.
If a client requests an alternative shipping method, this will be at their own risk. Liisa Clark cannot accept liability for any damage or loss incurred through alternative delivery services chosen at the client’s request.

International Shipping Fees
International shipping fees are subject to quotation depending on the purchase

All shipping fees include packaging materials
All shipping fees include packaging materials. Where possible, packaging materials may be reused as part of an effort to reduce environmental impact. If suitable, you are encouraged to reuse them.

Delivery Times
Liisa Clark will endeavour to dispatch your artwork within 2–3 working days of purchase.
Orders are not shipped on Fridays or over the weekend, to ensure your artwork does not spend longer than necessary in transit.

UK deliveries are expected within 7 working days, although they will often arrive sooner. International delivery times will vary depending on the courier or shipping method used.

If your artwork has not arrived within 14 working days, please contact Liisa Clark.
A waiting period of 28 days is required before a claim can be made with Royal Mail.
Proof of postage is retained for all orders. Liisa Clark cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, or any additional charges applied during transit.

Customs and Import Tax
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Liisa Clark is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Damaged Goods
All purchases are carefully packaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact Liisa Clark immediately with photographic evidence of both the item and packaging.
